4. User Responsibilities

To provide accurate and complete shipping information.
Not to use our services to ship prohibited or illegal items (e.g., weapons, narcotics, hazardous materials).
To pay all applicable fees, duties, and taxes.
To collect packages promptly once notified of arrival.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines (air/sea) are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather, or other delays beyond our control.
CDL Freight Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs.
Packages not collected within 7 days of arrival may incur storage fees or be considered abandoned.

6. Fees and Payments

Current shipping rates are displayed on our website and may change without prior notice.
All payments must be made in Jamaican Dollars (JMD).
Promotional offers (e.g., loyalty discounts, first-time user discounts) may be discontinued or revised at our discretion.

7. Liability

CDL Freight Ltd is not liable for damage or loss resulting from:
- Poor packaging by the sender
- Items restricted or confiscated by customs
- Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
Maximum liability for loss or damage, if proven, is limited to the declared value or $50 USD, whichever is lower.
